Service Level Agreement
Principal engineering will respond to your registered support issues within 24 business hours.
Principal engineering business hours are Monday - Friday, 9AM-5PM CET. Principal engineering support is closed on major Czech holidays.
- Help with issues during installation & upgrades.
- Help troubleshooting problems with Principal engineering add-ons.
- Help identifying workarounds.
Support Does Not Include
- Product Training.
- Customers who do not have a valid license.
- Support related to non Principal engineering add-ons.
- Support for JIRA versions that are no longer supported by Principal engineering add-ons.
- Support for customers' configuration of JIRA
- Beta or Development releases.
- Support in any language other than Czech or English.
